Kaisa Pajusalu (born February 19, 1989, in Pärnu, Estonia) is an Estonian rower. She is a member of rowing club "SK Kalev" located in Pärnu.

She has won two medals at the Junior World Championship in the double sculls event with Jevgenia Rõndina. In 2009〔"(World Best Times fall during under 23 finals )". World Rowing.
